OGs know that I began my cleansing life over 16 years ago, I began reading Natalia Rose books, which initially introduced me to Gil Jacobs, my longtime teacher and colonic therapist. And before I started experimenting on my own, I swore by Natalia’s recipes, which are ultra cleansing and delicious but also so simple. She loved to mimic nostalgic recipes with simple veggies and preparation. This one is a spin on her marinara veggies. I love using dark leafy greens here because they melt in your mouth with decadent goat cheese. If you’re vegan you can swap out the cheese for vegan but I use raw sheep and goat feta to aid digestion. Remember when we are using dairy, we opt to avoid starches in a meal do this goes perfectly with a big box of arugula or romaine salad. Also, try to stay away from pasteurized cows dairy like mozzarella here, which can stick to the system. Though decadent, this dish is ultra cleansing when done right. Enjoy!
