The most melt in your mouth salmon takes only 15 min and it’s my favorite way to make it. You can use your favorite salmon—wild, organic, king, the recipes works for all but to get the real authentic style, if you have an HMart near you, I recommend seeking out the seafood section (it’s usually small in the back) and getting a cut of the salmon skin. This piece also includes the meat around the skin, which makes for the most fatty, omega, collagen rich cut of the fish. This is the way my mom it when I was a kid and it’s so nostalgic and yummy. It’s also the easiest recipe and completely foolproof. You don’t need much salt since the tamari adds seasoning and the key is high heat and short cook time.
