What makes it different than just a Caesar dressing is the thicker consistency and also the addition of actual greens in the dip, which is revolutionary in my opinion! The original had bits of romaine lettuce, but I had local peppery arugula that I added to the dip which added a nice bite to the otherwise creamy dip, but I would recommend adding any local greens you have on hand! Because it’s so creamy, I think fresh Crudites is a nice compliment and makes it the perfect pre-dinner but if you’re hosting a party, chips or grain-free crackers work too!
