Welcome to the Bonberi Fall Reset Program! I love a seasonal change, since as a community, we are moved to shed old habits, clothing, perhaps even beliefs, and ready to welcome in new energy, direction and momentum. Whatever that means to you, the way we nourish ourselves can truly support this shift.
In the Bonberi life, we strive to living a *mostly* cleansing life, meaning we are consistently nourishing our bodies and eliminating to feel energized so we can live our lives as fully as possibly. This means since we are living this day to day, we don’t necessarily need a full reboot or drastic detox. Still, there are always times where we want to “play hard” as I like to call it. And I’m intuitively feeling like it’s time to get back to basics and to the foundation of the cleansing life to support our best selves.
What does that mean exactly? Well, in the modern world, we are inundated with so many factors that can slow us down and clog our system. When we enjoy these fun things time to time, no harm no foul, but after consistent use, we can feel weighed down, sluggish and unmotivated. So time to let that all go! The goal here is a shift in energy. A lightness and buoyancy in your day to day. This might mean leaning out physically but more importantly emotionally. This is not a diet or cleanse but you will feel cleansed afterwards. And as always use your intuition if you want to add/omit things. But I do encourage you to stay plant-based this week to feel the full shift. (I’ve included grass fed butter or ghee which is considered neutral)
This program is a riff off of past plans I’ve shared with some new recipes and focus on seasonal foods that will strengthen our energy as it starts to cool down. I will be doing this with you so hope you enjoy! And as always feel free to write in or DM me with any questions or progress!
